Appointments
Appointments can be made by contacting our office directly at 734.761.1122 during business hours.

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Ann Arbor, MI so we have made contacting us a simple process via our Web site.

If, for any reason, you need to change a scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice, which would be much appreciated. We understand emergencies come up and your appointment may be canceled less than 48 hours in advance. However, frequent cancelations with less than 24-48 hours notice might result in a cancelation fee.

Insurance and Billing
We are happy to file the forms necessary to assure you receive the full benefit of your dental insurance. We will gladly estimate your coverage; however, many variables exist from carrier to carrier (i.e. deductibles, annual maximums, allowable fee limitations, non-covered procedures and other restrictions). Therefore, we cannot guarantee any estimated charges. Because your insurance company is an agreement between you and the insurance company, ultimately you are responsible for all charges. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits from your insurance company. If for some reason your insurance company has not paid their portion within 60 days from the start of treatment, you are responsible for payment at that time.

Payment is expected when services are performed unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly process your claim, but we do request that you pay your estimated portion when services are rendered. We accept checks, cash, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Venmo. We also offer individualized payment plans--please discuss with our Financial Coordinator for details.

We accept most traditional insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your particular plan. While OVDA does not contractually participate in Health Management Organizations, Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Delta Dental, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you and reimbursement will go directly to you.
